Individual Returns

Additional schedules and forms will range in price from $5 to $50 each
Many clients will only need to file the Form 1040. However, there are circumstances when additional schedules and forms will need to be completed.
There is no additional charge for your Utah tax return when we prepare your Federal return. However, there will be an additional charge for other state returns.

Business Returns
starting at $150
These are returns filed in addition to your Individual Form 1040.
Business returns are due March 15th of each year. The exception is for sole proprietorships and most single member LLCs. In which case, income and expenses are reported on an additional schedule with the Form 1040 Individual Return and will follow pricing and filing dates for Individual Returns.
Your business structure determines which income tax return form you need to file. The most common business structures are the sole proprietorship, partnership and s corporation. A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a business structure allowed by state statute and the federal tax classification election made by default from the IRS or by the member(s) of the LLC will determine which tax return will be filed.
