The Utah State Tax Commission administers state tax laws and collects tax revenue. It is also the agency responsible for motor vehicle registration and titles.


Where's My Refund?

Good question!! You can use the "Where's My Refund" tool to find out when you will receive your refund. To use this tool, you will need to know your filing status, Social Security Number, and the amount of your federal tax refund.

You can use the Utah online "Where's My Refund" tool to find out when you will receive your refund from the State of Utah. To use this tool, you will need to know your Social Security Number, expected Utah refund amount or federal adjusted gross income (FAGI) listed on line 4 of your Utah return.


Tax Return Due Dates

Remember, your Individual Income tax returns and payments are due on April 15, . If you file after this date, you may have to pay interest and penalties.
